Alysia K. Kemp, M.D.
Dr. Alysia Kemp, a native of Battle Creek, Michigan received her bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College prior to graduating from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta GA. After obtaining her medical degree, Dr. Kemp completed her residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston TX. Her interest in oncology led her to pursue fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Oncology at The University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center. Today she is a clinical assistant professor of oncology at the Wayne State University and the department of Surgery at Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is clinical faculty for the Detroit Medical Center and Mclaren Macomb Orthopedic Surgery Residency programs.
